Hi,

I was able to get your recipe for Outbacks Alice Springs Chicken. It referenced your best honey mustard sauce several times. Every time I clicked on a link I ended up at a deadend (check the address...) Is it possible to still get this recipe? I would sure like to try it with my Alice Springs Chicken....thanks

Hey!

Thank you for your visit to Best Copycat Restaurant Recipes and The Weekend Grillers. Sorry to have taken so long to get back to you. Real life intruded, unfortunately.

As for the Honey Mustard recipe -- My bad!

I actually did have it on the Grillers but moved it when I made the Dips and Salsa Section. I forgot that I had a reference to it on the Blog.

Look up on the right side of this page and you'll see 3 extra sections -- Dips and Salsa, Party Drinks and Everyday Parties. The links are none too obvious, unfortunately -- I need to work on that.

Even easier -- here is the link straight to the recipe --

http://www.theweekendgrillers.com/dipsandsalsa/Honey_Mustard.html (sorry, you might need to cut and paste if clicking doesn't work.)

Even EASIER -- here is the Recipe --

The Best Honey Mustard You've Ever Tasted

Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise (as always we suggest Duke's Mayonnaise -- this southern favorite is all we ever use.)
4 tablespoons Sugar
4 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
6 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons French Mustard (or any other kind works)
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Make at least an hour before and refrigerate to let flavors combine.
Store it in a clean jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Don't worry, it won't last that long.

Thank you again for you comments and bringing this to my attention.

I hope you enjoy -- I think you will. Please let me know what you think.

Mark
