BBQ Appetizers

For many of us, this is the best part of the meal.  The perfect little burst of flavor when you are the most hungry. 

Appetizers can easily become the entire meal if you make several different kinds. There are even "appetizer only" restaurants springing up in large cities such as New York and Chicago.

And they are of course the perfect party food. Small enough to eat in one bite, easy to carry around and absolutely delicious. Perfect.
