Black & White Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked & drained Black Beans or 1 16 ounce can Black Beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked & drained Great Northern Beans or 1 16 ounce can Great Northern Beans
  • 1 cup diced Tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Jalapeno Pepper
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon each Salt & Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
Directions
  1. In medium bowl, toss everything together.
  2. It's good to go.
