Ranch Dip
Here is a nice creamy Ranch Dip that you can
serve at your next party.
Unlike a ranch dressing, this is a thick dip
which will stick well to veggies, wings and chips.

Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (may we suggest Duke's Mayonnaise --
this southern favorite is all we every use.)
- 1/4 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped or grated Red Onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped Celery Leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Chives
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh
- Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated
- Lemon Zest
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Make at least an hour before and refridgerate to let
flavors combine. If possible make the night before and it
will taste even better. Go ahead and put it into the
serving dish before you chill it. Be sure to cover.
